This event aims to provide an overview of ethical quandaries that may arise within individual patient, family and wider systems. These issues may impact considerations surrounding listing for transplant and the provision of ongoing transplant-related care. Across the sessions, an emphasis will be placed on providing relevant and evidence-based management strategies, that attendees can incorporate within their clinical practice. Sessions will be delivered by experts within the field, and will comprise a combination of didactic teaching, case examples, Q&A and panel discussions.

The session is aimed at health care practitioners (e.g., allied health, nursing, student/ trainees) who provide psycho-social pediatric transplant care.
